These terms apply to the use of businessmatch.ch, including accounts, listings, contact requests, messages, search alerts, plans and invoices.

businessmatch.ch provides a digital marketplace. businessmatch.ch is not a party to a business purchase, participation, franchise agreement or other transaction between users.

Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality and currency of their content. Content must not be misleading or infringe third-party rights.

The prices and plan terms shown on businessmatch.ch apply. Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, the payment term is ten days from the invoice date.

Contact requests initiate direct communication between interested parties and advertisers. businessmatch.ch may technically deliver and display messages but is not responsible for their content.

Illegal, misleading or abusive content, spam, unauthorized automated scraping and any use that affects the security or reputation of businessmatch.ch are prohibited.

To the extent permitted by law, businessmatch.ch excludes liability for indirect damage, lost profit, data loss, missed opportunities, user content and acts of third parties.

businessmatch.ch does not provide legal, tax, financial, business or valuation advice.

Swiss law applies. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is Bülach, Switzerland.
