A cleaning company is not valued by contract turnover alone. The sale profile should show which assignments are recurring and profitable, whether available teams can cover them, and how site knowledge, keys and quality responsibility can pass without a missed service.
Describe contract types, service region, recurring sites, staffing, materials, travel and the owner's scheduling role. Distinguish contracted work from extras and open quotations, and show whether price, actual hours and supervision leave a sustainable contribution at each type of site.
Prepare an anonymised site register with service type, region, term, notice, hours, revenue and contribution, plus staff allocation, vehicles, equipment, material cost and complaint history. Exact addresses, keys, alarm details and security instructions belong in a controlled review, not the public listing.
Regional cleaning groups, facility-services providers and hands-on successors may fit if they can retain staff and manage regional scheduling and quality control. The offer should make customer concentration, difficult shifts and necessary supervisory capacity visible. Protect site addresses, customer identities, key and alarm registers, employee records, individual absences and security procedures. Use anonymised site types, regions and workforce summaries until responsibility and access controls are agreed.
Give every site a transition record covering scope, frequency, team, materials, access, quality checks and contact person. Introduce the new responsible manager to larger or sensitive customers and accompany at least one complete service cycle where practical.
Compare the broader category or return to the main seller page: sell a company and Services.
List contracts anonymously by site type, region, term, notice, service hours, revenue and contribution. Separate fixed services from additional work and open quotations so buyers do not overestimate the contract base that will actually transfer.
Show team size, employment level, service region, qualifications, cover and staff cost in aggregated form. Personal files, absences and individual performance remain protected; the key question is whether every route can still be staffed reliably after completion.
Site types, broad regions and contract sizes are enough for the public offer. Key registers, precise addresses, alarm and access data and security requirements should be reviewed only in a controlled process and transferred with documented responsibility at completion.
Create a site-level plan for scope, frequency, team, materials, quality control and contacts. Prioritise larger or sensitive customers, introduce the new responsible person and, where possible, cover one complete service cycle together.
